Chief George McNeil reports the Somerset Police Department is investigating a report of vandalism at the New England Trump Store that occurred overnight earlier this week.
On Friday, Oct. 23, at approximately 9 a.m., Somerset Police discovered that the western exterior wall of the New England Trump Store, 899 Grand Army Highway, had been vandalized sometime during the night. Blue and pink words, ranging from 22 to 30 inches in length and between 10 to 25 inches in height, were spray painted on the building. No other visible damage was done to the business.
The investigation is ongoing and the Detective Division is currently reviewing video surveillance and other evidence from the area.
