Information and signup for the "no KNOCK registry"

I am the lawful owner/lessee of the listed property and request that this address be added to the “No Knock Registry” as defined in Article 42 of the Town of Somerset Bylaws. I wish that my address remain registered until I notify the Somerset Police in writing that I want my address removed.

I further request that any person who receives a permit under Article 42 receives the “No Knock Registry” list, and that such list serve as a trespass notice in compliance with MGL CHAPTER 266 Section 120
